I do all 3 factions with all 3 characters, I've received maybe 4 to 6 rocket launchers through ranking up since the dlc launched

I haven't leveled up any of the Factions. Is it worth it to level them up? What is the good thing about it? What is the downside? Enlighten me please. I would like another person's opinion instead of reading a bunch of facts about leveling up the other factions.

It's a good idea to level up factions for a number of reasons. 1st you have the chance to get a free weapon from that faction 2nd you also have a chance to get a shader that you can only get through that faction(everyone says dead orbit is the best) 3rd you also could get rewarded engrams that can turn into anything . You also get a crucible commendation. I think it's totally worth it. I
