Would you consider Adolf Hitler's actions to prioritize Germany as a significant world power would justify him as a good leader? It is imperative to say that Germany was in a figurative shit hole beforehand. This question is meant to neglect the war atrocities caused by the National Socialist German Workmen's Party, and strictly pay attention to Adolf Hitler as a political figure.

The "reawakening" of German industry is kind of a myth though, check out the book "Wages of Destruction" and you'll see how the war fitting pretty much ran the country into the ground. I mean when you have a set amount of your industry being used to murder millions of people that will also tax war production, throughput, a good example of this is trains that should be used transporting supplies into Russia were instead used to send civilians to camps to be murdered. Hitler never set Germany on the right path to win World War 2, he set on his path of World War 2 with extermination on his mind.
