So me and my girlfriend have a really great relationship, we care for each other, think a like and enjoy doing things together. But when it comes to the more intimate side of things it just gets a little weird. It just doesn't feel comfortable doing anything like that with her. I think it is because I respect her so much that I am afraid of doing anything too intimate with her. It feels like I violate her personal space and that makes me feel bad. She's also very insecure when it comes to that kind of thing, she never initiates any cozy times and I end up doing it(because we both want it, we're just not that forward), making me feel like I am forcing myself on her. She says she want to be more forward but she's also afraid, in the same kind of way. That I'd think she's doing anything wrong. We have had talks about this but we've only come to the conclusion that it's probably just because we're not used to that kind of thing. It could just be that, since both of us have never been with anyone before and that we currently live 3 hours away from each other, with train, so we don't get to see each other that often. So, I just wanted to see what kind of opinion you peeps have on this?
