* BUNGIE STAFF PLEASE READ * Banned for LITERALLY NO REASON.

I know nobody will believe me, but I was randomly banned off of Destiny. I went to Tower after a mission on earth, when I redeemed my bounty, I could see people with the voice icon and I thought, why can't I hear them? So I went into my PS Settings to try and fix my headset. When I went back to the game they all left and about 5 seconds later I was disconnected from the destiny server. When I tried to join back it said this account is banned, visit bungie.net/ban. Can someone please look into this? I've worked hard for lvl 10.

Alright well, since all the staff are ignoring me, I would just like to put this out there. Bungie, you just lost my intrest in your current games and your upcoming games, to say you just lost a customer. As if it's not bad enough that your "ban hammer" isn't calibrated correctly, you fail to provide sufficient evidence that I was so-called, cheating or hacking. I've viewed similar posts to mine, and one in particular from a user that was banned for glitching into a certain area and obtaining an item that is not ready to be released to the public. What cracks me up is how you tell them that they violated the terms of service, when you failed to properly secure the item. That whole situation could have been bypassed by you setting a timer for say 3 seconds for anyone outside the world to be respawned. No, we didn't voilate the terms of service, it's simply that you released a bad version of Destiny. If a user buys a game, and he owns the physical copy, then he should be allowed to do whatever the game enables him to do, within reason of course. It's simple as that, but of course it isn't. Companies like Bungie seek shelter behind their terms of service because they know their game isn't perfect and it reflects on their reputation as a company. They simply explain that you violated the terms of service, which you agreed to, give you the fake apology and the boot and you're on your merry way. My second response, your ban hammer. May I point out how vulnerable it is; 1) Any player can gather a group of friends and report a bystander because they're a sore loser. Ban right there. 2) Any person can "hack" destiny and issue bans, like "Lizard Squad" did. 3) If someone actually bugs out and accidentally accesses something they're not supposed to, thats an insta ban. 'Cause ya know, we can all control when games want to bug out. I would love to hear how your system checks to see if someone is cheating or not, surely it must be very efficient. Even Minecraft servers have a better way of detecting cheaters and banning them. And for an added bonus, i'll get the reason why i'm banned! Isnt that neat? I still can't believe I spend all those hours tapping away on my controller, $60 to play for not even 2 days... I would LOVE to take this up to Bungie just to see what they say... Bungie, we had a good run, until you f*cked up with Destiny.
