ANOTHER NITC SHORT
I have ANOTHER NITC maxed out and I only have 19 rounds when I use it. It states that that is a 20 Magazine rifle though. The onyl reason I make a big deal is because the final round is suppose to increase reload with a kill. If its never getting to a final round, theres no bonus.
