Upgrade Materials
Is it at all possible to maybe have a think about allow your personal characters to trade their upgrade materials, Plasteel Plating, Sapphire Wire and Hadronic Essence? I'm devoted to this game, have been since launch but there's nothing more irritating while upgrading gear than being on my Warlock with 1600+ Essence (which I will never fully use) freely upgrading and then switching to one of my other classes and having 17 Sapphire/Plating and having to grind all over again :/
Anyone agree?

6 RepliesThe easy way to fix that is put your armor engrams in the vault and let your other characters decrypt them. The gear you get is determined at decryption, not at time of drop. So decrypting with your hunter will get you hunter gear (assuming blue gear, purple is a crap shoot as you know), even though your warlock found the engram.

3 RepliesNot sure if I'm reading this correctly but you can put all your materials in your vault if you are talking about it that way but if you are not referring to this i would personally say trading in general wouldn't be allowing because of problems like duplicating but if the vendors sold upgrade materials i would absolutely support that 100% because its a PAIN to get that stuff especially if you have 3 different classes which i do way too much time and glimmer
