EV-30 Tumbler - Deleted character with mail
Dear Bungie-Team,
after buying the Digital Guardian Edition (PS4) sometime in December, I just found out that there should be a legendary Sparrow included.
I know, I've read the "EV-30 TUMBLER SPARROW FAQ" -- sadly none of it worked.
But I think I know where the problem lies: Just before I even bought Destiny I created I character with the trial version. After buying and redeeming every code there was, I wanted to start fresh, so I created a new character, immediately logged out (no Tower yet available), logged in to my 'trial'-character and deleted it without even checking the mail.
tl;dr--
Deleted character with EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow at postmaster, no other character received Tumbler since.
Any solution to this problem?
By the way, all other 'bonus' items are available from the Special Orders Vendor, so that worked just fine.

2 RepliesHello, Sadly If you delete a character before picking up any items from the Postmaster inventory, you cannot retrieve them again. Please be careful when you delete a character and ensure you have removed items from the Postmaster and transferred them to the Vault, or place your items in another character's Inventory. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12427

I also have not received my sparrow and have made my own forum post (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/89697934/0/0) about it. I'd really like this to get fixed. I'm so frustrated. Apparently, even re-buying the expansion on multiple accounts and systems doesn't work.

1 Replyim having the same problem for x box one, I deleted the first person made n logged on without going to tower and I haven't received anything at all, ill settle for just the tumbler, please help someone, and I also tried everthing on the faqs, including reinstallation of game and expansion and still nothing

11 RepliesI am having the exact same issue. I purchase the Digital Guardian Edition for the PS4 as well. I was able to get all of the bonus items with exception to the best one, the EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow. I'm actually re-installing the entire game and DLC to see if that will work. I've managed to restore my licenses but it wouldn't let me re-install the expansion pack. I think I probably deleted my first character for the sake of screwing with the character customization and that might have been the problem. How are we suppose to know that if you delete your main character that you will lose any opportunity to get the sparrow. Kinda a flawed system if that is the case. I'll comment back once everything has re-installed and let you know if that worked.
