It doesn't matter, if they're system is malfunctioning and it's banning random people then they shouldn't have that going on. Who knows? 500 people could have gotten banned the same way I did. If they're not going to do anything about it, then that's their problem, they lose the innocent people that payed $60 for a game, then get banned. Maybe not, maybe some people will still enjoy this game. But then they'll have to make a new account or spend $400 buying a new console just because the ban system got something wrong. It used to be where actual humans checked the players and their stats and whatnot, but now people are getting too lazy. I know people are going to be arguing about how it's more effective and it can check your sh!t and stuff, but there are some things a computer misses that a human can't. Period. People get paid to work for companies like this and I bet half the stuff they do is completely automated. (Of course i'm not talking about Bungie, they actually have some good games) Anyway, if bungie won't do anything the least they could do is tell me how I got banned.
