I bought the expansion pass and, naturally, decided to delete one of my characters around the same time. I believe this caused a screwup in the mail system and I am now unable to receive my EV-30 Tumbler. Is there a way to contact Bungie and have them resend my EV-30 Tumbler?
Things I've tried to fix this issue:
1. PSN (PS4) Restore License
2. Uninstall/Re-install Destiny
3. Have my husband re-buy the expansion on his PSN account
4. Create a new character
I know that the expansion is installed because I installed it. Also, my husband and my daughter were able to receive their Tumblers.
So if someone has a contact number, or a moderator could put in a request for me then thank you so much!

Hello, If you delete a character before picking up any items from the Postmaster inventory, you cannot retrieve them again. Please be careful when you delete a character and ensure you have removed items from the Postmaster and transferred them to the Vault, or place your items in another character's Inventory. Sorry
