You're not a 'gamer girl' if you have to tell everyone that, this post is just for attention. Guys, the 'gamer gurls' you see promoting themselves on the Internet, love the attention more than gaming and that's exactly what you give them, it's pathetic. Because of these attention seekers, the girls that actually play games, not for attention Are forced to leave their headsets muted when playing online to avoid the inevitable “So, do you have a boyfriend?” They wanna play the damn game, not hook up with you.

I absolutely agree with you except one thing. I don't mute my mic. I tell them to eff off when they act like a dbag then direct them to my circle of gaming friends and they instantly regret acting like a dbag once they and I tell him where to go and what to do. Don't hide from the lil boys. Stand up for yourselves tell the Jerks to eff off with your head held high and game on. No reason for us to act like victims. We're girls we can handle ourselves.
