Some of the dlc cards didn't seem to unlock properly the first week. Doing the missions again later fixed it for me. The three cards related to the 3-body-part bounty can be unlcoked by just going on patrol and killing those three targets again (that's how I got them). I don't think husk of the pit matters
The house of wolves card may not be unlocked until the next DLC is out. Not sure on that one, but I don't have that card either.

I am sure exists that card, in fact yesterday a friend creating another pg and playing that mission has given it to him. the mission in question and one that sisblocca in 'atol Today I'll take the cards remaining crota grimoire, but still much of a hassle
