deleted character and now no DLC gear
so I accidentally deleted my level 3 warlock. It wasn't a big loss but I did have the EV-30 tumbler and an emblem and some armor that was for level 20. but when I made a new character I couldn't find how to get all that back. (this is just for the gear that comes with the DLC) if I could find out how I could get it back or buy it somewhere that would be great.

You can get the tumbler back by going to the special requisitions guy. The other guy in the postmaster building.

I also have not received my sparrow and have made my own forum post (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/89697934/0/0) about it. I'd really like this to get fixed. I'm so frustrated. Apparently, even re-buying the expansion on multiple accounts and systems doesn't work.

Sorry, its gone and you cannot, from my understanding, get it back. However the Tumbler should be purchasable from the vendor next to the postmaster.

The EV Tumbler should be available for a small fee at the Special Orders counter in the tower. Depending on what type of emblem it was and how you got it might be at the special orders counter as well ( the likes blacksmith, double banshee, cytherean bloom, any shader received through a code ). The armours gone for good to the best of my knowledge.
