(Xbox 360) Constant Caterpillar Errors

Every time I try to do a mission, not even 5 minutes later I'm getting these errors. I've done everything but port forwarding. I'm at my parent's house, so I don't feel like having to get the internet account name and password just to screw around with the router settings. I shouldn't have to dick around with internet settings at all to be able to play this game. This is the only game that kicks me off and sometimes it even boots me off XBL. I've played Defiance for a few hours and I was fine on that game, but as soon as I got on this game I start getting network errors. Is there any other troubleshooting technique I could try other than port forwarding? For informative purposes, the internet here is Comcast with the Technicolor modem. When I get back to my place in a couple days, I'll see if I still get these errors. This is just ridiculous. If this was my only internet source, I would've gotten a refund already.

  • Don't feel bad I'm on xbox360 as well and i have been getting multiple caterpillar errors and ive reset and re downloaded the game from disc to system also completely factory reset my 360 re-entered my login info and downloads cleared the system cache, opened the port forwarding opened the nat the unpn etc so all ports are open nat is open and i have done every trouble shooting possible including reset my modem gateway i have done both wifi and hard lined into my gateway box and still get booted. it is clearly on bungies end for these plethora of error codes maybe they need to clean up their servers and add some patches and updates and dig further into their side of things, everyone is having issues and getting irate and very angry and displeased on xbox 360 xbox one ps3 ps4 etc. bungie is failing to be the best they can be and failing in solving these issues, so maybe if theyd pull their heads out their butt and actually give a damn for once these issues would get resolved. but i feel bungie may have just abandoned ship on us because they are cowards and greedy -blam!-ing morons i paid 60 for the game and 35 for the season pass and mad it to level 29 and now i get booted not only from the destiny servers but xbox live as well, yet every other game i play online or video chat etc etc no disconnect issues, which tells me bungie and destiny servers are a piece of shit and need patched fixed something because if not i will get a damn refund even if i have to get laywers involved for a company selling defective product and a defective server and abandoning their responsibilities as a company to make sure their products work
