Hand cannons can definitely be tough to use. If your aim is off, your opponent is mid to long range, or if they have a high impact weapon. So they aren't really op. People that use them all the time are just good with em. Also if you get rushed by more than one guy it's doom. Small clip size

Think you misspelled shotgun there. You try to hit someone in the head with a hand cannon. Tougher then you might think. Only been killed a few times by another hand cannon user usually pops up shotgun or fusion rifle on the details list rarely any other weapons.
