You're misreading the card. It doesn't talk about each of their members. It is just random theories about what the Nine actually are.
No one knows, and so the theories are radically different.

Or, if you'll notice the card, there are 9 different definitions as to what the 9 are. We speculate that each definition applies to one member of the 9.

Your theory on how the grimoire are just theories is instantly smashed down by the fact the card straight up say that the cards ARE majority of what we KNOW on different things in the destiny universe.
