Expansion not showing as available for account on the same console
I recently purchased the Expansion pass for my new Xbox One. It downloaded The Dark Below and everything is fine for my account but when my son tries to play, it is prompting him to purchase the expansion again. If I have downloaded it to the console, why is it not available to the rest of my family's accounts on the same box?

It's a glitch. Since the servers were down, everything is screwed up. I purchased the DLC over two months ago. Recently when I was able to sign into PSN, It lets me do everything else in the game except play things In the dark below DLC.
