The beautiful thing about language is how flexible it is! Common usage dictates that today's slang becomes tomorrow's proper grammar.

No, it just makes people look stupid, disrespectful and self important that they can't respect someone else's culture or language. It is also sad that the majority of people who speak English properly in the United States are people from counties where English is not their first language. Dude, I looked up how to pronounce it properly. I know how. But when my entire raid team pronounces it Galler-horn, (and we do have ESL members), I'm not going to be the priss insisting on Yawl-er-horn. Especially not in the middle of a firefight.
