Bungie needs to update Xur or revamp. Their claimed so called RNG system that changes the 5 things every week on xur needs to be taken away and an actual system needs to be put in place where everything changes weekly. Xur can have the same items for as much as 3-4 weeks which is absolutely a load of crap. It definitely is not very effective system it has no way of stopping the system from putting the same items in every week. So what I propose is that you create a smart system that can produce different stuff every week in moderation so we the players can have a better experience with Xur.

Xur isn't rng because they said dlc week he was coming out with something heavy and it was the truth which is trash that'd why they had it. They only let him sell trash and let u upgrade trash except ice breaker which in my mind isn't as important anymore since the black hammer does as much or more crits on bosses. So they probably will sell the ice breaker again because of this but gjallarhorn they will not but the upgrade they may have after the hard raid comes out I'm thinking.

I'm with you on that two weeks straight and nothing too good last week he had nothing worth getting weapon wise.

Is xurs stock rng? Or are they actively putting the same thing in weeks in a row? Either way is ridiculous, it should be everything, on rotation with no repeats. Once the complete rotation is through, randomize the rotation and start over. Give at least the guaranteed option to get o e thing you want as long as you can wait and save for it. You need to be able to work towards buying something you want
