I expected huge locations, randomness in enemy spawning (now it's like with the outposts in Far Cry 2) and interesting story and these things are absent in Destiny. Can't say it's a bad game though. Its potential is enough to make a perfect game, but it's only very good.

Agreed, the game was the biggest letdown of the year hands down.

Yeah, this makes the most sense. If it was the worst, I wouldn't still pick it up now and then. But being the most disappointing fits because this game breaks my heart a little bit every time I play it. What could have been, what SHOULD have been.
