It's 25 strikes and it's not 400 crucible kills. I've done it and it's an alright weapon

Sorry I was including the first strike you have to do to get the next stage of the bounty, and at 25 points per kill (worst case scenario no warlocks) needs 400 kills to get 10,000 points.
