I'm not sure... I was using a maxed regulator on patrol on Mars and it would one shot Vex Goblins, and three shot a Minotaur with shield.
Got TFWPKY 1969 from a blue Engram and so far it's not as good. Once it's maxed I don't know... It's confusing as you think the worst purple would be better than he best blue?

Lol sure I'll trade you my gjallarhorn for it! :) Can't say Im a fan of scout rifles and pulse rifles. Once I started using hand cannons I never went back. Occasionally an auto rifle, but rarely.

I've got Gjallarhorn, it's why I never use Red Death. Scout Rifles are my second favorite to hand cannons... I went auto to pulse to scout to hand cannon. Hopefully I score Fatebringer at some point or Hawkmoon.

Both very good hand cannons. But hawkmoon. Hawkmoon is the mother of all hand cannons. I'll even say hawkmoon is the mother of all primaries. I hope you get it someday. :)
