A lot of people will say no to this.
That being said, the titan class is the least played class in the game, and I doubt a warlock or hunter would ask for harder competition against their class.
I still maintain that a Titan needs a pvp buff, at the very least the defender class needs a pvp buff.
Shoulder charge is really the only unique and useful titan skill on striker outside of a few grenades. Even then, every shoulder change kill is always within shotgun range and there are many ways to counter it.
I always tell people to check the destiny tracker leader boards for pvp. As it stands now titans are largely out numbered.
If it was an op class wouldn't more of the top players be using them? Yes they would.
The last time I checked there was not even a single defender titan in the top 20 destiny pvp players in the whole game. This is simply because the other options are much easier.

Honestly titans are a minority because they lack the flash and pozzazz of a hunter or warlock, they all excel in different areas.
