It's bungie. I get red bars randomly in some games. Weird as shit. I think that connections are RNG. Lol

You're probably on a moderate nat type, that's why it's random for you... I'm on an open nat, green bar ping every game.

I'm on an open nat using port forwarding on a 100mbps connection and I still get red bars at times so I really dont understand how it works.
