I KEEP GETTING SENT TO ORBIT WITH NO ERROR CODE
I keep getting kicked to orbit. I am not given an error code but instead it says I have left my current fireteam and am being returned to orbit. Problem is I am not in a fire team and am playing myself. What is happening and how do I fix this?

Yeah. Me too. I can't do anything and honestly I've wasted a few consumables (resupply codes, ether seeds, etc) trying to farm glimmer but I keep getting kicked to orbit with no error code.
