You cannot upgrade a hard copy for free. If you would like to get a refund you'll need to contact the retailer you bought the game from.

Thanks for answering. I just want a refund for my seasons pass for the expansion packs, I'm not going to pay another hundred odd dollars for a game that doesn't even work. It has literally been unplayable for the last two weeks with a dozen different error codes coming up.
