Scorch Melee with flame shield is Bullshit in pvp
Dont even lie you know this melee is the peak of bullshit.
Why is it that every other melee in the game REQUIRES you to get the kill for a shield or health regen but this bullshit melee lets you just tap them and BOOM overshield.
And now the new gauntlets let you have two? Are you serious? Nerf it or at least CHANGE IT so you HAVE to get the kill. So stupid
Edit:Lol i love how these people comment on overpowered things when theyve never played the class! Its stupidity at its best.

Edit2:Man people are so butthurt about making something fair? If you are telling me im a bitch or im crying then its blatantly obvious you are heavily reliant on this melee. Just like self resurrecting in pve. Its a cancerous crutch.
Edit3: if you have 3 or 2 of the same class and/or have never played all 3 classes. Just leave the thread I dont need someone with 3 warlocks telling me im a baby and that his class is perfectly balanced and how op hunters or titans are when theyve never played them.

1 ReplyAs someone who plays with a sunsinger as their main.. I kinda agree. When i saw the new gloves and that they had 2 scorch slots I immediately thought about how narley that will be for pvp. A warlock with scorch will never loose a melee fight - they might die, but if so the other person is 100% going down. The warlock mele is the only reason I don't like using my titan.. since the titans mele is like a third the range and way more wimpy (other then shoulder charge of course). And while the hunter throwing knife is legit, it still doesn't match the double fusion grenade /scorch combo. Personally I hope they leave it the way it is just cause I prefer my warlock (selfish) but I'm honestly shocked more people haven't complained. Since of course, we complain about everything

3 RepliesTo edit number 2 people are so butt hurt. Seems as if you are butt hurt. Titans have shoulder charge and hunter has throwing knife plus a melee that can turn you invisible. And I have one of each character. People just need to stop crying about different classes and guns.

2 RepliesCan you name any other ability the sunsinger has other then scorch? Can we throw nova bombs or put up bubbles? Can we fist of havoc or arc blade? What about a golden gun? Sunsingers are the most underpowered in the game. The scorch melee doesn't always burn people and doesn't always provide a shield. The scorch melee with the super doesn't even alway make enemies explode so just let us have the little we do have

Nope. Never used it even, and still nope. (Though I have just started a sunsinger) If our enemies(be they Guardians or Dark) were all grunts the game would be wack. All of their advantages are welcome challenges.

I agree for the fact that you could have a purely strength build, with 2 charges and the monte Carlo. That would just be way op, but I do think a kill should be required for it. Even though I have a warlock I still think it should be a kill.

3 RepliesI play all 3 classes and I disagree with you. The flame shield is nothing compared to force barrier, it may not require a kill but it doesn't add much protection at all. If you don't like it stay out of a warlocks melee range.

I don't care if you use the melee but if you are a wizard that runs around the entire game using your shotgun melee combo then I tend to despise you.

Titans have a one hit kill melee that I'm sure takes a while to get used to but I've seen people over use that thing. And hunters have a super melee called blade dancer which can guarantee at least 2 kills if you know how to use it. The scorch melee doesn't guarantee a kill. One thing that is op that people need to complain about is those fusion grenades LOL I love those things especially when I have 2 of them!
