If you mean attack power wise, your hard light isn't upgraded. Xur hasn't sold the upgrade yet but maybe he will sell it next week

i got it 3 days ago and the attack damage cap matches all of my upgraded exotics, so wouldn't it already be upgraded if i got it after the update?
