All they've done with Infinity is patch out Enhanced Battery, then patch in Extended Magazine, then patch it back out because they can't fix the bugs with the weapon. There really have been no balance changes regarding PvP since launch. Just tinkering with the magazine size which no one cares about in PvP (Perfect Balance > Extended Magazine) and adding a myriad of bugs.
