Fusion rifles should always be an instant kill in crucible or they should be weaker and have an unbelievable buff to their charge rates... As of now I have only one shot at killing someone with a fusion rifle and if I don't kill them, they kill me... That is how it should be

Well, with Infinity... you virtually always kill. So there's very little risk and a very large reward.
