The whole crucible score system works like this: it adds up your teammates individual scores and the team with the higher score wins
OP got 10k points. That is half the amount of points required to win from one player out of six
Flags are a point multiplier. At the end of the game the team with the most captures/time spent holding the flags can still easily lose if they didnt get many kills
Anyway 50 kills is almost enough to kill every single player on the enemy team 10 times each you cant tell me that didnt help their team hold the flags they did have(captures mean nothing if you dont hold it)[/quote]
Shoutout to EggoWaflele for typing out this explanation for me.. Nice guy.
Thanks for the positivity, the few who provided it.

Edited by Ghost J34: 12/21/2014 3:43:11 AMIt's probably been pointed out already, but you were only capable of getting so many kills/points in the first place because your teammates were, quite clearly, exceptionally bad. Therefore you had little to no competition for kills while being able to simultaneously use them as fodder. If you're scoring more than 7000 points in a game, then your team is exceptionally bad and there was no hope from the get-go. There's a reason teams filled with good players typically score in the 4-5k range, with 20-25 kills each; there's simply too much competition between themselves for it to be otherwise.
