Perhaps instead of killing you go capture the flags, get gud scrub

I did capture flags when I can. I can't kamikaze solo cap everything, you know. I got over half of the points for the entire team.. I did my part.

In a game where getting kills matters more than anything, K/D does actually mean skill.

That only applies to rumble, there are other factors to a persons skill than k.d in "team based games"

Well seeing how no one uses game chat and I'm just rolling by myself in iron banner, I do what I can to get the kills I can. I get kills and cap objectives.. That's what you do even when you're in a fireteam. You're just butthurt because you can't get on my level. :D You need to end it with the self justification, and admit when people are better. I don't want people like you who are getting killed left and right to be dragging the team down.

Just checked your stats, you are the same skill level as me, higher k,d means nothing.

Higher K/D means a lot. This entire game is based on how effectively you can hold the map and kill the other team, and those two things are dependent on each other.

K.d means little, look at the professional gamers, 0.75-1.75 is where they are at in most games. Now please id love to see you call Pistola a scrub when his k.d averages out at 1.3.

(: Go look at the game that still has pros, because it is still relevant. The best Call of Duty pro Scumpy has over a 3.0 K/D in public matches on black ops 2, and gets a swarm (highest kill streak) nearly every game he plays, usually more. Any pro has a ridiculous K/D compared to your average player. In the new Call of Duty he maintains a good K/D and continues to play competitively, known as one of the most, if not the most effective player in the CoD community.. And his K/D is amazing. Thats because call of duty matchmaking isnt balanced by skill level, bungie uses skill based matchmaking. This is a bungie game, so is halo, both use matchmaking and pistolas competitive k.d is 1.72. His pub k.d is 1.3. Should of known you were a cod player, they all think k.d matters when it isnt the only thing that matters

I have 165,000 kills on Halo Reach, and 145,000 kills on Black ops 2. Bought my xbox after Reach was out, so never played halo 3 hardly. K/D is important BECAUSE THAT IS HOW MUCH YOU ARE KILLING VERSUS BEING KILLED. Please tell me how being killed in Destiny more often than another player is beneficial to the team. Because it isn't. When you die you give up map control and give the other team points. K/D doesn't matter AS MUCH in Halo, but it is still important. Each team has their 'main slayer'. Killing is essential for map control, which in turn is essential in holding objectives.. You cannot understand basic game mechanics and strategies, and your intelligence level is beyond frustrating. And no, he played primarily league play, which is Call of Dutys equivalent of Halo 3 true skill. You work your way up to the highest division, and once you hit your sticking point where you can't move up, then that is where you are. Scumpy got swarms in league play IN MASTERS DIVISION USING A PISTOL. He values K/D highly, as it is a measure of staying alive, not necessarily only kill whoring.

The amount of writing here is more than all my college essays combined lol and I was saying before that you don't get points over time for capturing flags, you get more points for kills depending on how many flags you have captured
