[b]ESPECIALLY HARD RAID SITUATIONS WHERE YOU CANT REVIVE PEOPLE[/b]
[b]my main point is that in a hard mode raid most player compositions are looking for survivability and team buffing, especially due to the nature of the difficulty. And hunters are kinda the weakest at that at times and sometimes the best (with a proper invisibility). I just want some team synergy for hunters for us to make more of team impact in Hard Mode raids.[/b]
Points that have been discussed: THESE ARE ALL PERTAINING TO PVE
-Golden Gun needs some adjustments in PVE, maybe a higher damage boost or the addition of being able to land precision shots with it
-Blade Dancer is lacking in the orb production department and is also very hard to use in certain situation such as the nightfall or any mission with lightswitch on
- Hunters are the only class that doesnt, by default, have additional elemental damage attached to our melee abilities. Blink strike doesnt do additional arc damage and we have to waste a spec point to add solar damage to our throwing knife
-Make it to where Hunter's Trance and Chain of Woe apply the strike team in a PVE situation only (not PVP). this would be great support for a team

The hunter has two killing subclasses, and the titan has one of each and the warlock the same. I can understand the frustration from being the hunter... Unfortunately I can't see a buff coming to the Hunter class unless it was gunslinger. It should generate an orb for every enemy it gets a hit marker with a maximum of 8 unless wearing a helmet with, spawn an additional orb like the titan/warlocks can. Increasing damage would probably offset pvp, being able to kill guardians with golden gun combustion happens to me once in awhile. So back to pve... So the maximum would be 9. I think killing an ultra is 4 or 5 orbs for my nova bomb, likewise with the titan's fist of havoc. What do you think OP?

Whatever man. When it gets down to brass tacks it's all about what guns you have. Are you ever really going to turn any class away If they have and icebreaker or gjallarhorn. No? I didn't think so either.

Just carried a team on Strikes as a Hunter... Hunters have invisibily which makes them valuable assets if players know how to play them.

I play way better as a Hunter but I know it isn't for everyone. As for BladeDancer on Nightfall, I do think it is the best class. The invisibility perk is such a huge advantage to get strategic viewpoints and also to get in to revive teammates.

Hey, In my option I think the hunters are fine. If you don't like them don't use them, I plan on getting my third Hunter today

I have to agree. At the highest levels of PvE, Golden Gun hardly dents tougher enemies. Feels less like a[i] super[/i] and more like one of your standard weapons.

You are right. The other two classes have a way to support the rest of the group. Hunters provide no support whatsoever. That should be changed.

I agree, hunters are killing machines but really don't have anything that can help the team out.

NO WE DONT If you cant stay alive go play with one of the other two crutch classes (Warlock-Titan) It takes a True-Skill to play as a Hunter and people like you are not welcome to be the best class.

I'm a hunter and I'm often used for orb generation my arc blades can generate atleast 1 super for everyone

I can agree with you, im not a hunter but the hunters dont have a good defensive class for generating orbs, titan has defender and warlock has sunsinger

yeh i agree buff the blade dancer so the most he can kill is 4 people if they are all in the same room close and take down the speed..... then buff all op characters so pretty much warlock and titan. take down the cheating gay self res and grenades over powered under skilled warlock super that you dont aim take away the no skill titan ground smash that takes no skill to use and the extra health they have wil using powers and it maybe will come out even

I do think Bladedance needs to make more orbs. It's kinda lame how any other ability makes 4 orbs from a yellow enemy while Bladedance which requires a ton more effort only makes 2.

I agree but I dont have a lot of time on my hunter Bladedancer is only good for its grenades and invisibility since arc blade is useless against bosses and generates little to no orbs with regular enemy kills Gunslinger has ok grenades, gunslingers trance/chain or woe, and the super is usable but still not good against bosses(doesnt even get buff with solar burn either)

As a Bladedancer with the right perks you don't even need the chalice in the crota fight just regenerate with melee kills best class in this fight imho and our sword bearer is a bladedancer you want a bladedancer as the sword bearer trust me he just goes up to crota invisible hits him 4 times drops sword melee hits him to turn invisible again picks up sword and hits him 4 times again it's a easy win :)

Or you could learn how to play a hunter and be a beast in the raids like we already are. Its the tough to master class that really shines when the player using it knows what they're doing

I'd like bladedancer to have additional damage resist in arc blade only for PvE so I can actually use it against majors without dying.

Blade Dancer might not be very good for harder instances of PVE, but Striker and Voidwalker aren't that good either. Gunslinger on the other hand... Gunslinger's Trance + Chain of Woe, a good aim and a decent Hand Cannon will let you clear an entire room before your friends even start shooting. Throwing knife is awesome if you can get precision hits. Plus, it can have DoT. Tripmine is fantastic, although it can kill you if you fail to throw it correctly. Golden Gun + Symbiote is pretty much the only offensive super worth it considering it can kill majors without putting you in harms way.
