I picked up a Coiled Hiss 1919 from a vendor/faction gift pack, did not buy it, would not buy it. I do like it because the one I got has 3rd eye, which is like knucklehead radar & the motion sensor stays active when aiming. I wouldn't have bought this from a vendor since it doesn't normally have that. I suck in pvp so that's not a consideration for me.
