Back in 2012, I was working on one our rental properties in LA and this junkie bitch (Nancy, dumb bitch had a son and turned him into a junkie too) comes around and starts gabbing on about 2012, the Mayans and the apocalypse. She's telling us how she's going to kill herself before the year ends because she didn't want the apocalypse to kill her.
Stupid bitch got high and forgot to go through with it I guess. A month or so later her 40 year old junkie son Chris stole a pallet jack in the middle of the night, walked however many blocks in the rain with it, and ditched it in our tenants driveway when he was trying to take it to the back to hide it, but got it stuck in the mud instead.

I -blam!-ing hate them lol. We have a few rental homes on one property and just recently some junky we've never seen before throws rocks through 3 of the windows, one being roughly 14' (That's in feet) over the course of three days. On the third day he smashed a window then went back and smashed up the other tenants car. That tenant chased him down and the guy was arrested, but he's a -blam!-ing bum ass junkie and we couldn't get anything out of him. So he goes to prison for a while - boo -blam!-ing hoo - while I'm stuck having to pay nearly $1,000 in repairs out of pocket because the insurance deductible is too high, this close to the holidays. Goddamn it I -blam!-ING HATE JUNKIES!

I feel bad for you, guy. If I were you I would kick those -blam!-in crackheads out so quick, they wouldn't know what happened.

Thanks man, they really do suck lol. Not much we can do though, those rentals are across the street from a park and the place is littered with junkies. Doesn't happen often though, the other side of the park is a lot worse.

Well I hope things turn out for the better and that the neighborhood starts to clean itself up.
