It needs to be more powerful than all other weapons it's an exotic fusion rifle primary it was fine how it was originally just don't allow it in the crucible. I've always thought that the crucible should have its own select few weapons to choose from in a load out screen that would make it even for all just let everyone pick the armour they want then no ones complaining. Problem solved :-)
