Fatebringer is the best 1.0 hand cannon. It's so good it's better than any 2.0 hand cannon I have seen, even if the attack is 31 points lower. Fatebringer aside, the best one is going to be a random rolled drop. Probably the new crucible model as it has a large mag and good stats. I am going to be buying "the chance" from the fwc vendor and hope that field scout gives it at least a couple more rounds. I don't remember the perks ATM but whatever they were it made me interested to try it out
