Best legendary Hand Cannon?

if you rule out raid guns, then its hands down The Devil You Know, however you cannot get that anymore, second best would probably be Timur's Lash (not sure if it still drops from IB events) ...however Fatebringer is now much easier to come by since many players reached lvl31 which makes Hard VoG that much easier ;)
