Why?! Fatebringer is the best thing out there as far as HC (exotic or not) imo
If I must answer this clearly biased question I would say;
PvP - Red Hand VX ( or whatever 9 is) v2.0
PvE - Venation III, Lord HF'er, anything 2.0 really (minus The devil you don't)

Between TDYK, Red Hand and The Last Word, Red Hand was far and away my favorite, although to be honest, I'm not much if a hand cannon user. Well it was a New Monarchy weapon; however, I got it, randomly, out of a legendary package at the post office. This was prior to being in a faction. Now my Titan is dead orbit, warlock new monarchy and hunter future war cult. I would think that the new new monarchy hand cannon, if they currently have one, would be similar. I'm not sure tho.
