Should players have to play all aspects of the game to have access to all gear? Yes.

Then why do PvPer's eventually get access to top level gear? Why did IB provide a way to 30? Because it provided a way to 30 once, IB will probably provide a way to 32 as well... Your point is negated...

No it isn't. You had to PvE first to unlock PvP. Each provides you with opportunities at specific gear. If you want to pick and choose from either mode or get something that requires both, then you have to play both. Simple concept. 100% rational logic.

Oh right... cause the first 4-5 levels you had to PvE to unlock PvP makes all the difference in the world... There are many PvPers who have probably not even come close to finishing the story of Destiny (what little of it there is...).
