What do you want from House of Wolves?
What do you want to be included in the House of Wolves? What improvements or realistic features must Bungie implement?
Edit 1: Thanks for the responses everyone! There are a few common themes throughout the wants and needs of House of Wolves:
1. Story, story, and story- this is an obvious one. There needs to be an effort to tell and write a better storyline. The Dark Below had a few new approaches that sort of worked, but only a very little. It just needs to be fleshed out more and there needs to be worthy cutscenes that explain what the heck is going on.
2. A better Raid- it seems that people have enjoyed Crota's End, but feel that it is too short or doesn't have enough substance compared to Vault of Glass.
3. A horde/firefight mode- this is something I've been a supporter of for quite sometime. They have the assets for this, considering have of the missions are nearly this anyway. Just add a score mechanic, waves of different enemy types, etc.
I think we all want Bungie to be Bungie. Obviously this isn't the same exact Bungie that created the Halo games, but there's still enough veterans here, especially at leadership positions, that they can improve this decent/good game into a great game.

2 RepliesA much more in depth story with some cut-scenes that link the story together. TDB was crap really. Eris just turns up out of the blue at the city, and no one questions her or even tries to console her, considering everything she has gone through. Think it would also be a good opportunity to open the tower up a lot more. More shops, more NPC's and all the extra goodies one would expect with a RPG type game. Also would like to see Dinklebot back. Missed his voice and the cheese he brought with him.

Upon returning from the first mission of new DLC the guardians find the Tower is in shambles completely ransacked, the only clue...a banner of the House of Wolves left behind. Story begin...

3 Replies1. A raid that is at least on par with VoG (Crotas end is just too short) 2. A system that allows existing content to stay relevant... when they release new content they should update the old the ensure it drops appropriately leveled gear etc. Why run VoG any more? Why will we want to run CE? Its supposed to be an expansion... not a replacement. 3. More exotics 4. More than 3 new pvp maps and additional game modes. CTF? Assault? Give us something other than deathmatch vairiations. 5. New planet! I know this won't happen but the game is crying out for new areas to explore. The current ones feel stale and boring. 6. Vault in your ship... having to travel to the tower all the time to swap gear ia a waste of time. 7. More vault space. 8. A simplified economy... too many different kinds of shards etc artificially extending the game making us grind the samw content even more. 9. New bounties. 10. More weapon variety. Some new weapon models would be nice. Just having the same models and aesthetics for each weapon regurgitated with a different name and stats does not equate to variety. 11. Trueskill ranking in crucible. 12. More events, some pve related maybe? We had queens wrath but that hasn't been back for a while, iron banner seems like a pointless grind. Give us something worthwhile. I appreciate some of this might not be appropriate for dlc and I could probably go on forever but I think that will do for now.

Something that resembles a story that I do not have to refer to the grimoire and perhaps a (skip able cut scene) would be nice ;) None of which were included in TDB. It would also be nice to get some new scenery, not reused and reversed maps.

Maybe a choice where you could either side with the House of Wolves or with the Reef. That'd be pretty cool.

A much more unforgiving raid than Crota's End and a bit longer than Vault of Glass. This is all I really want thus far.

A lot more missions in New areas with a real light level increase. It should be that you have to go through the story to level up to hit the raid otherwise you are underleveled. Let's bump it to 40!

I own the season pass, but I'm worried about House of Wolves :( The fact that the gravity well that's been blocked off in the Terminus physically works and takes you up to the new area is my biggest gripe. I can't see why they'd have gone to that trouble if the content we're due to get wasn't originally planned in the main game. That being said, and trying to be a little more optimistic, I'd like to see a larger variety of bounties added, perhaps even some trickier ones with an increased Rep gain. I also imagine we'll only get around 3 story missions, so I'd like them to bring something unique to the table. I am looking forward to seeing what they're gonna do with the Reef raid though. It's an intriguing setting that we know very little about so far. Hopefully the Queen and her emissary will make a return.
