Honestly i've seen people at the top get exotics plenty of times, it's just the ones where the bottom get them that people remember and exaggerate. Rng is Rng. Just chill

True. If you come first, there are 5 people below you, so the chance that someone 'bad' gets an exotic is 5x the chance of you getting one.
