They're turning it into a freemium type of game. All of the new players will have instant access to gear better than anything a regular player spent a lot of time getting.

Agreed! It's stupid to be able to buy 31 when most of us spent oh so many hours in the vault to hit 30. Then boom expansion and "oh yea, all that... All that is pointless waist of time" I'm 32 now and have been all week and trying to get over the fact that when the second dlc comes out. Everything will be again, pointless.

everything was devalued so a player hitting 30 is like a player hitting 28 a while ago... it is not like they are letting new players get to the top fast, they just made a new top.

The fact that our old pointless 30 gear grinding time is made pointless by buying from factions in the tower is pretty much a slap in the face. It shouldn't have been so easy for players to reach 31.
