level advantages in IB
Why did they change it back?
Was much better how they had it last time round
A L21 titan should not one shot shoulder charge a L31 - keep that for std crucible

Yeah, and a rare fusion rifle shouldn't be able to out shoot a Suros. We all know there aren't any real level advantages, but that one really bothers me, especially since those players are usually a significantly lower level.
