I can't locate Xur agent of 9 in the tower .. I purchased items a few days ago from him and now need him for a bounty and he's not in tower ??

Theres a website called findxur.com(or).org, & they break down his location, including a video that routes you to his current location, & show you all of his available goods & prices for the weekend.
