The hive seems to have female in his race, like the witches (wizards), and some case the thralls and ogres.
But i never see any female in the cabals or the fallens. Not to mention the vex, but probably they dont need a female to reproduce, but what about the cabal and fallens? When you headshot a cabal and his helmet fell off you can see his real face for a moment. They are organic just wearing a battle suit, and have an ugly face. So they need females to reproduce for sure. Or the cabal females not designed for battle staying home and cook? :)

There's a Grimoire card about a Guardian and a Vandal fighting the Hive, and the Guardian refers to the vandal with feminine pronouns.

I thought there was a grimoire card with a female fallen leader that was mortally wounded by a hive knight... The guardian and the fallen were fighting against the hive like the humans and covenant put aside their differences to fight the flood. It might have been a female baron... IDK, to lazy to look it up.

It might be that there are female cabal and fallen, and considering the fact they're aliens the anatomy/biology might make it difficult for us to tell the difference, take the Tau from warhammer 40k the differences between male and female are so subtle that only tau know the difference

Considering how organised their military is, they most likely have their women and children safe at home until the boys are ready to go to war.

They could be like orcs from other fantasy realms and reproduce a-sexually or may be "grown".... Sex may just be something we humanoids do to reproduce. Maybe with there advanced tech and warrior like hierarchy, they clone their warriors.

Maybe the psions are females.

Poor psions. Imagine when a cabal soldier -blam!- that tiny psion :) But its possible, psions have a female type body.
