Same happened to me yesterday, finished the nightfall wile using the murmur.
But when I got to the tower it was gone, Bungie, Bungie, Bungie I defended you but after you "blaming" robbed me your on your own.

Logged in today to do nightfall and fully upgraded murmur is gone. :(
