This is to streamline the application process. [b]All applicants must respond to all questions posed to them by officers. Failure to do so within 1 week of the time-stamp from the posted question will result in an immediate rejection. [/b] Any member may ask a question of the applicant by simply posting in the corresponding thread that contains the poll/vote for the applicant. Each time someone applies to the house an officer will take the information and create an application thread with the following format: [spoiler](Name)'s Application [b]Questions posed are in bold[/b] Answers are in plain text [I]Notes are in Italics[/I][/spoiler] Furthermore, any application poll that comes down to a tie will then go to the house leader. He/She alone will make the decision as to whether the prospect is a good fit for a clan. Any objection to the decision will be processed as yet another vote. Should the house find that the Alpha made a poor decision it will be over-turned. This serves as a check/balance to our hierarchy. All applicant's should note that the voting process can take up to 1 week to allow all members a voice in the voting process. Do not ask for this to be sped up for your sake or we will reject you. This house has no need for selfishness and impatience.
