  • Its the DOT in combination with all of the other buffs that were received.

  • I don't really see how any of those make you die faster in PVP. Before the buff it had the slowest reload speed and lowest mag cap of any exotic hand cannon. The buff made it usable. I'm not sure how any of those things listed cause you to die faster in PVP. Are you one of those people that can't complete the Thorn bounty so you just get on here and complain about it?

  • I can easily complete the Thorn Bounty and my stats can prove that. If you can't understand the basic concept of how an increase of speed essentially allows you to mow down another player 1v1 then I shouldnt even bother explaining the rest. Its quite simple. For example you have two DMRs. One can shoot two bullets while the other only shoots one in the same amount of time. Thus increasing your chance to be killed by the person with the faster DMR. Both kill with two shots to the head. Who wins. If any one of you lived long ago in the Wild West, you would all be dead. Darwinism.

  • Haha.. The reload speed doesn't allow you to mow down anyone. It's still slow, just not laughably so. Complete the bounty, get the gun, and see for yourself. Almost every fusion rifle is much more so, if it has a decent charge rate. However, with both hand cannons and fusion rifles, you must be precise. If you miss, you're likely dead

  • ROF is Rate Of Fire. Yes, it makes a difference. Even in real life.

  • What if one bullet is bigger then the other and has a faster fps?

  • FPS "Feet per second" is common to used for the projectiles velocity. I'm not sure if thats what you meant.

  • Yes that and muzzle velocity. If 2 gtains are the same but one has a strong powder load. It will out range the other due to velocity. And the result is higher impact at the greater range.

  • The only weapons that I have seen to have a major disadvantage in the game due to FPS are the scout rifles and rocket launchers in my own opinion.
