Iron Banner 3.0 is useless
why would I grind to the higher ranks to obtain gear that is rated for light level 31 when I can already by light level 31 gear from the vendors?
The sniper and auto rifle are very unappealing too.
EDIT: only thing its not useless for is the extra xp

The problem of IB 3.0 is that it went too early after the release of Dark Below. Probably it would be better if IB has only one piece of armour, but with the light lvl 36.
