Iron Banner 3.0 is useless
why would I grind to the higher ranks to obtain gear that is rated for light level 31 when I can already by light level 31 gear from the vendors?
The sniper and auto rifle are very unappealing too.
EDIT: only thing its not useless for is the extra xp

You know that when they first introduced IB the only "gear" you could but we're class items, emblems, and shaders? It was never meant to be a place to "gear up". It's to play in a more competitive pvp environment and I'm having a damn blast. Go run some patrols, pond scum.
